Sarita. I have no formal training. The energy comes in the form of white light

from the Divine space and in through my crown, fills my body and outside of my

body, goes down through my feet into the earth, the earth then fills me with a

golden light which goes up through my crown and into the Divine space,(this

exchange of white light, and golden light keeps going the entire time) my hands

become hot, sometimes I feel vibrations, and I then just intend the healing

energy to go where it needs to go, if it is God's will to be done. I do notice

that I put my hands into a triangular shape when I'm sending. The energy flows

through me and to that specific person in the way that they and God (or whatever

name you would like to put here) see that they need.

Thank you so much for sincerely asking this question, Sarita! I think

I've wanted to ask it before too but felt this was something EVERYONE

knew already and I was too embarrassed to ask (Oh, that stupid Ego!).

So thank you.

 

It is interesting to hear how you and Leslie experience it. I'd like

to see how others do it as well, or what they feel while doing it. I

have to say I experience it differently depending on my level of

concentration or distraction. I get so little time of quiet or alone

that to sit and meditate first then wait for the energy to go out

isn't practical. So it's some lesser variation, unfortunately. Still,

I feel energy come up from my feet or the ground and make it's way up

my body. My hands will also tingle and feel warm. The wish for

healing and the energy that has built will leave from the top of my

head, alot like the feeling of the golden helmet but rather than a

thing sitting there tight and warm on my head, a great beam of

something is tingling and going out. I often only have the vaguest

sense of who it's going to, a first name, a place, the illness or

disability. Nothing concrete or personal and I just pray that it gets

to the person intended if that is OK with them and a part of the

Divine plan for that person. It goes but I don't have any sense that

it has reached them. It's blind faith really. I think it could be so

much more powerful if I could sit in a quiet comfortable room and

really focus, even better if I were in a group of people all doing

the same thing. But that is a luxury I don't have.

 

So, thanks for bringing up that topic. It is one I'm keenly

interested in.

Hi Sarita,

I also do similar to you, which is, I just intend the

person recieve what they need due to the divine one

within and allow them to take it.

I usually just pray and link my fingers and do the eye

lock.
