Good morning! Some interesting stuff going on lately and I've been

having a hard time falling asleep.

 

Well, first I mentioned that I feel the energy eggs all over getting

stronger and stronger. I have felt them in my feet up to the top of my

head. Then theres these vibrations, tremoring, shaking sensations I

feel and some tingling around my ears,back of my neck and my head has

been vibrating. Sometimes even with my eyes open, I can see energy

waves. When I have my eyes closed at bed time, prayer or meditation, I

see a lot of energy waves coming through.

 

Yesterday, while napping, I felt an energy egg on my left thigh. Then

I (don't know if I was dreaming or really there) saw three women in

white sitting in meditation pose on the floor. I think one of them was

me and we were chanting some mantras. After that, I felt the

vibrations again and my legs pinned me down to my bed. So I couldn't

move. I tried to fight it to wake up but it was hard. I think I was

about to go oob, but finally I was able to wake up.

 

As for the automatic hand and arm gestures, those happened while I was

half awake and half asleep too. The first time it happened yesterday

afternoon, that really surprised me. A few hours ago, my hands and

arms did some kind of undulating (wave like) dance movement over my

head. I thought to myself, " oh-kaayy.. " . Are those the kriyas you're

talking about?
