Guest guest
Please be specific in your statement regarding the expression of your intent with in the dynamic of the Kundalini. Also rest assured that I have read all of those who have posted and placed them selves in the Shaktipat and the Scatterfield albums. I may not answer you individually but I am aware of your presence and intentions. -

I felt the mildness of the opening of the chakras, the sensation of something gentle going in my ear and the sounds in my head. I was enjoying this experience very much. The days passed as I continued to meditate in the morning and evening. About a month ago I was doing my morning practice when the sensation on my brow line became a bit more intense. Waves of warm and gentle energy began to flow through my entire body. I thought it was a new phase, I continued with my breathing and welcomed it. It was not unpleasant, in fact, I felt this wonderful blissful peaceful feeling as I ended that particular session. This has continue with daily practice. Two weeks ago, morning practice began, I felt as if something was just not quite the same. Since so far so good all has been wonderful, I didn't give much attention. My crown began to open as never before. (I tend to have this particular feeling most of my waking hours, where I feel something is caressing my head, mild pressure, specially if I am doing something thats pleasant. As I wrote this my entire top of my head was feeling tingling) This particular session (two weeks ago) the brow line began to actually hurt, the crown felt as if something was actually pulling on my hair, it was not as pleasant. Then all of the sudden I heard a roar in my head, the roar became louder and louder until it sounded like a freight train and along with it this intense, unbelievable, incredible energy began flowing. I was shocked! I continued with the breathing thinking it would calm down, but it didn't. The pressure on my head was incredible, it left me with a headache. My entire body was vibrating, I felt dizzy, scare, disoriented, I was seeing things, the train noise changed from a loud roar to a single loud fog horn sound. I opened my eyes in disbelief and just rode the wave, what else was I to do? I couldn't even get up to run for my life....I was almost paralyzed from the energy. I was sure if I ran...the train was going catch up with me anyways. I am reaching to you for guidance, I am not affiliated with any teacher, guru, or the likes. I began meditation to explore the path, I had this inner knowing (little voice) that I had to give it another chance (tried many years ago). I have no other guidance than the reading material I find on the web. I have noticed one thing though, if a decision has to be made about something or another I feel the crown chakra acting up. Like it's telling me something, I am yet to figure out it's language. When this " freight train " episode commenced I was scare to death. I looked it up on the web and that's how Kundalini was introduced to me. I am experiencing, as I continue meditation, that the chakras open up much more quicker than before, I hear bells, flutes, high pitch noises, and the roaring. Sometimes the roaring (gentler when I am not meditating) continues during the day. I have not been disturbed during sleeping hours. My expression of my intent is to reach out towards those who have had or currently having this experience. I don't want to feel alone on this. Peace and Love to you and yours, Becky
