Guest guest
I would agree with you John and I do enjoy your the visual - lol. I would add that the Kundalini will stretch you as much as is needed to clear the path for the infusion. Not always painless i.e. headaches and swollen kidneys, hyper flared nostrils, sexual exuberance or silence, vibrations, freight trains up the spine (hello Becky!lol) and all the other symptoms to many for me to list here. Physical body is not used to these efforts and agenda by the Kundalini. This is the reason for yoga. To get the body into a position of direct acceptance of the energy as it infuses. Remember that many of the yoga postures are recreations of a specific Kriya. Consider this and as you do give a " thank you " to those who charted these waters 8000 years ago and beyond. - blessings all - chrism , " " <...> wrote: > > I think that our Western life puts a fair bit of stress on the body, > picking up tensions that lock up muscles - tightening SO SUBTLE that > it isn't released through relaxation and stretching - then doing > things that cramp our posture such as flopping into comfy lounge > chairs, tensing our arms on computer keyboards, carrying heavy loads > that lower and stoop our shoulders, perhaps getting too much of the > 'good life' around the torso. > > Maybe the energy gets lost and frustrated as the rungs in the spinal > ladder lose their symmetry, so kriyas are necessary - the pops and > the cracks are a sign of the body's carpenters hammering away here > and there, its electricians pushing and pulling wires and flicking > switches, and so on. > > In my own case, I've certainly noticed an upward straightening of my > back, an uncomfortable stretching of the neck and a squaring of the > shoulders in recent weeks.
