The Primary Spinal Sweep

I have experienced a variety of thouse effects(crackling)

 

actually this is what i was asking about earier chrism i managed to

clear my right and left channels but the middle channel is a rock i

been trying to drive prana into the center channel with nodi sodhanna

and other methods with no real success i feel like two haves with a

dead middle.very unpleasant.i feel energy up the middle would

reintergrate and connect me.any method for this?
