Tongue down

Sometimes during a heavy Kundalini expression the energy itself will

force the tongue to remain in the " down " position. This is to be

surrendered to. Nothing is wrong or out of balance.

 

When the expression is at its peak there are reasons for the front and

back not to be connected that certain specific areas be worked on as

the Kundalini deems necessary. Remember the intelligence of this

energy.

 

When that particular expression has passed one may resume the tongue

up position. -
