Guest guest
For some reason, my alarm clock has not gone off for the past 3-4 days or I have not heard it. However, some kind of physical discomfort has awakened me right on time so I was not late for work. This morning, it was a mild charley horse in my calf. Does the K affect alarm clocks? It seems to be in working order (playing music, keeping time). Sarita
Guest guest
If it is electric the K can effect it. The other thought is that perhaps an invitation is being extended for you to trust the interior alarm. This can be seen as a practice of trusting the intuition with the responsibilities of an aspect of your daily life. Relying on another aspect of who you are and trusting that it has your welfare as part of its agenda. - my take - chrism
Guest guest
I have always (last thirty years) been able to trust my internal alarm - waking within a minute or two either side of whatever time i want to wake up. All it requires is a conscious intension prior to going to sleep. I have never tried to analyze this ability or show it off. (a) Does anyone else have experience with this? (b) Is there a scientific explanation or hypothesis at least? thanks to everyone, glen o. , " chrism " <> wrote: > > If it is electric the K can effect it. Guest guest
Yes, I have been able to do this since I was in college, 36 years...I suppose it started when I stayed up late studying for a test or writing a paper; I knew I had to go to sleep immeidately and wake up on time, and I managed to do just that, which maximized my time usage. I could get done what I needed to do, fall asleep immediately, then wake up just when I needed to. To this day, I still wake up on time. I agree with you, Glen, that it is the deliberate intention on my part to wake up at a certain time that makes it happen. As for scientific explanation, I don't know. Perhaps someone else in the group has the answer to that... Guest guest
Yes, I am the same but make my intention that I do not have to do an intention....just that my body will know when I need to wake each day as my schedule varies. Guest guest
I too have this ability, I never really put much thought to it before I just thought it was a natural bodily function... I just think of what time i need to wake up at and it happens. Even if I set an alarm I always wake up 5 minutes before it sounds automatically. It's handy for my job as being a dj involves some tours with late nights (1-2AM) and early starts (4AM) to catch planes two hours drive away. (and then perform the next night) I'm always on time and professional. And I always have loads of energy, the chinese people that go with me are all drinking red bull and looking really badly hungover and I'm smiling and drinking water and munching some fruit. Hee hee. Guest guest
Hi Angelina, Honestly, I don't remember which leg for sure. I think it was my right calf. I usually get charley horses in my left one. Why do you ask? Guest guest
Dear Sarita, The reason I asked which leg is because I read this in Kundalini Signs and Symptons and don't know if this is a valid reference or not: http://www.elcollie.com/st/symptoms.html Numbness or pain in the limbs (particularly the left foot and leg) I had a charley horse in the left calf and am having pain in the left foot and don't know if this is related or not. I hope you feel better soon! Best...Angelina Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you sell.
Guest guest
Hi Angelina! I get twitches and pains in my left big toe frequently. This is a common Kundalini symptom that I am aware of. Chrism could explain it better, but it sounds K related to me! Thank you for your reply and the pain and cramps in my left foot kept me up most of last night and would love to hear from you Chrism, on whether this could be K related. It is interesting the the left side of the body is the female side that is being affected. Best...Angelina Fussy? Opinionated? Impossible to please? Perfect. Join 's user panel and lay it on us.
