Guest guest
After so many years, it finally downed on my that some of my kryias might be caused by the activation of the five pranas. Doh! Unfortunately, I haven't really found a lot of in-depth explanation and techniques on the pranas--except for brief, superficial descriptions that all defer to Patanjali's Sutras (where there is not a whole lot of information on them, either). Specifically, I haven't even found any description of the signs and symptoms of their activation (my diagnosis is based on inference, and I might be wrong). I guess this is really esoteric knowledge--the kind of stuff that never gets to be written down. Or perhaps the five pranas are not a big deal and nobody cares about them, LOL! (just kidding...) Does anyone know of a good, in-depth book or website that goes beyond the cursory 5-pranas-laundry-list format to actually tackle what they look/feel like when they are activated, and how you work with them? Thanks, Sel
