I have a teacher who is guiding me in all of these studies ~ he is extremely

well versed in all of them and we have been working together for almost a year

and he has been studying these subjects for almost forty years. I feel very

fortunate to have met him and like he says ~ " when the student is ready ~ the

teacher/master will appear. "

 

I have the safeties printed and thank you for posting this very helpful and

I asked my teacher how long it last when someone contacts the Cosmic and he

said only a moment and told me that it was my energy that I felt and I only

felt it that night. When you perform Shaktipat, how long does that last and I

probably have never experienced it. Have you ever known anyone who was on fire

in their head and neck because the fire got too hot?

Yes it can burn but not in the way a person would think. No

temperature changes will occur but the person can feel as if they are

burning and on fire. This is not the approach taken here.

He does not mind what I do and I have free will and believe that Kundalini

may have already been activated and was told that the fire has been set ~ he

just wants me to continue my spiritual exercises and keep reading and studying

and have spent many hours doing that. How do we know for sure if Kundalini has

been activated? Is it the rush of energy that I felt for hours and the waves

of warmth and the heat in the solar plexus area?

I know someone that was on fire in his head and neck and he said he had to

pull the fire out and this took awhile. Do you know if we will know if our

fire is getting too hot, in order to avoid this? I have been aware of being

enveloped in a warmth while doing the spiritual exercises and don't know if

this is the fire or not.
