Guest guest
When a guru is lecturing a satanga the verbal message is basically to hit the most knowledgeable of the group so that it is assimilated with the least amount of effort, it is there fore transmigrated to the rest of the group over the course of time. The following is some of my reflections; If Christ was to return tomorrow he could not be an emphatic otherwise he would more than likely die or rather return to exist in the higher astral domain. I have heard of some wearing metal plates over there stomach to protect themselves from the emotions of others. I doubt that it works and it seems too cumbersome I have prescribed high quality incense oil for people to wear who go through symptoms of empathy. I have experimented by turning the other cheek as in that of swara yoga. I believe I have suffered illnesses from empathy, I believe such relates to karmic law. Yet within thoughtful reasoning; I should know better in future. In humility I do hope :-) We may through the expressions of the kundalini awaken the awareness of the heart centre. Yet if we become emphatic to others who may not wish to understand, that of which they are in the multitudes, we will die as they are dieing. That is where, in my thoughts compassion is different, compassion takes more effort in that one has to maintain mindfulness of there goals and keep always there ideals in perspective. So we need to find " trust " in ourselves of our true nature and not allow ourselves to stoop to less than what we are With a compassionate nature to nurture we may cultivate the progression of the understandings from the heart without falling into muddy waters. To me compassion relates to the throat centre as is the reason for Shiva’s blue throat; that I have heard said to be that caused by the drinking of the poisons of the world, yet he remains true to him. Jesus through compassion elevated himself above any mortal, he refused to belittle himself, to do what the masses do yet with the knowledge he possessed he could heal the sick yet offer salvation from satanic laws to the extent of dieing for what he knew is correct; that is an eventual heaven on earth. Hold the k to heart acquire knowledge in a passionate way and be the personality infused with character by holding it in the minds eye. That you might well know that what the Buddhist believes is that, " Quan Yin is within " . Guest guest
Thank you for your feelings related to compassion verses empathy John. I would have to say though that the compassion together with other right minded intent creates the empathy. I am new to all this but have only just come to the conclusion that this is what has been occurring within my experience. love to you, glen o. , " John Mathieson " <jaganath wrote: > > When a guru is lecturing a satanga the verbal message is basically to > hit the most knowledgeable of the group so that it is assimilated with > the least amount of effort, it is there fore transmigrated to the rest > of the group over the course of time. > > The following is some of my reflections; > > If Christ was to return tomorrow he could not be an emphatic otherwise > he would more than likely die or rather return to exist in the higher > astral domain. > > I have heard of some wearing metal plates over there stomach to protect > themselves from the emotions of others.
