I have posted my picture and would now like to make my public declaration to

participate in the autumnal equinox. I state that I am and will remain in

practice. Thank you for allowing me to participate and I look forward to

it as always.

Thank you for letting us know about this and I just read the safeties

again and will continue the practice and will keep doing it until the

day that I take my last breath.
