Guest guest
Hello everybody, Just a quick introduction. My name is Ana, I live in New Zealand, in a small town...I live with a loving partner and my 11 month old baby, Dragan. I have had an active Kundalini for about 2 years. it initially was very strong... physically anyway. Now it has mellowed and I don't really freak out about it anymore and regard it as a great gift. I do still have a lot to learn though and I often wish I understood more about what it was doing. I am a midwife by trade but have felt I wasn't that well suited to that for a number of years. Hence at the moment I am trying to train from home to be a hypnotherapist and to use EMDR. Anyway I will see where that takes me. Guest guest
Welcome, Ana. This is the " Shakti Express " lol! where you can learn all you need to know about your Kundalini experience from the many on board. There is such a vast resource of experience and information here. I am so often amazed with the grace, knowledge and insights that members of the group share to help each other. The caring and love are real as well. You'll find its a very beautiful and supportive place to grow and experience one of the Wonders of the Universe, the K experience. And you no longer have to go it alone. Warm hug. Love, dhyana P.S. And this welcome also extends to all the new members that I missed welcoming. Warm welcoming hugs to all of you. Love, dhyana , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Hello everybody, > Just a quick introduction. Guest guest
Hi Katherine and thanks for the warm welcome. Your experiences sound interesting! I haven't experienced anything that intense (orgasmically ) but I know what its like when you feel like you might explode! Sometimes I try a bath with heaps of sea salt in it. it is supposed to be quite a good energy drainer. You can then sit in the sun for 20 mins or Have a rest afterward to recharge. Im sure it couldnt do any harm anyway. Cheers Ana Looking for a deal? Find great prices on flights and hotels with FareChase.
