You are such a ray of light.

I keep feeling that I need to fast as well as pray..

and that I need to meditate on his healing, in some kind of different way.

I'm not really sure what I'm doing, I feel I may be following K' s guidance.

I guess I will have to meditate.. to find out what I need to sacrifice, and then

say a prayer..of thanks for the guidance, and pray some more..for his healing.

Hmm..I think I just answered my own question. He,he!!
