I publicly declare that I will practice the safeties of Kundalini on a

daily basis. To give thanks for all the blessings I have received in

my life, to forgive myself and others for any and all wrong doings, to

pray to God for healing of the earth, family members, friends, loved

ones and strangers. I declare to stay active so the gift of my body

will remain healthy and in a condition worthy of receiving the gift of

the Kundalini. I will be conscious of food choices that feed my body

and to only eat that which I need to sustain my life with the

understanding that there are those in the world less fortunate, I will

pray for them. I will be more forgiving and loving to those in my life

and to strangers I've never met. I will help those in need whenever

the opportunity presents it's self and will be honest with myself and

others. I also declare to trust in the divine wisdom of God as I

become more knowledgeable in the ways of the universe as I travel on

this path toward inner peace and a new and ever expanding outlook on

life and consciousness.
