Can you give me some exercise for activate the Kundalini force ?!

....greetings all members and friends of Light , how to activate the

kundalini force , I am trying with some breathing exer. but I don't

feel nothing for now , if i have to describe the exer. that i am doing

, well

they are very simple , I inhale and try to feel how the energy is

going up from muladhara to the crown , but to be honest I do not feel

the energy , and when exale , try to feel energy goes down , thats it .
