wierd experience last night

Yesterday, I had a migraine which lasted

pretty much all day, and into the evening.

I finally couldn't take it anymore, and I went to lie down.

With blankets covering all of my face and body,

I could still see the sun glaring through.

I woke up a little later, and Mike asked me what was wrong.

I was stumbling through the house,

holding the top of my head with one hand,

and my eye with the other. I felt so sick.

He offered me a cold eye mask from the freezer.

After just a couple of minutes, it was warm..and wasn't helping any longer.

I finally just went back to bed.

I was in so much pain and felt so sick,

that for a long time, I couldn't even sleep.

Then sometime in the midst of my sleep,

I got this horrible feeling in my head.

I guess I was squinting, and something told me

to surrender. I was thinking..how in the world do I

surrender to this kind of a headache?

Then I relaxed, and the knowing came to me...

just let the pain come through, is what I understood.

I did. A horrible migraine-like pain came into my forehead

and my eyes. I told myself, don't move..just relax and surrender.

Suddenly, a huge wave of heat and pain, shot up from my spine..

to my head. It was really intense, something I've never felt before.

After a while, it was over..and my headache was gone, too.

It was a really neat experience.

Love,

Tara

Wow, excellent, Tara!! What a wonderful example for

us all to surrender! I know Sarita has handled her

migraines the same way...you both set a great example

for the rest of us! My awakening is going veeeerrrry

slow, but when I get to that point....I'll remember

your example!

Beloved Tara, so glad you finally got through it. Hug.

It seems its hard to know what is and isn't Shakti. I

lean more toward blaming her for everything now, and

then trusting Her to do her thing. Surrender is the

Blessing that makes it go by quicker. lol! Its no fun

to hurt. I have the quote up where I can see it, " No

one said it would be easy, just that it would be

worth it. " Good job, girl! Love, dhyana

I hear you Tara! I have suffered from migraines since the age of 12

but the ones I get where I am being worked on get awful. It IS hard

to surrender and trust when you feel as though your head will split

like a walnut, but I have been very blessed to be taken away from the

pain a number of times.

Good going! It is so hard to consider anything when you are in so

much pain and what you did shows great strength.

Thanks guys,

for all of your love and support. I was so happy to have

gotten through it. I was refraining from a full fledged panic, when I

felt that intense wave of heat and pain. At first, I didn't know what to

think. Suddenly, I was able to know that it was K. So Shakti took

away my headache! How about that! Maybe I won't need store bought

pain killers anymore, now that I have 'Shakti-profen'. LOL

I'm happy to be able to share my experience, with such

a loving bunch. Truly, there are no people like K people.(smile)

With thanks, love and laughter,

Tara

Shakti-profen!! Love it!!

Tara, I no longer take any drugs. Before my awakening I was on a LOT

of drugs. Now when I have a migraine, I ride the wave. I don't even

take Advil for aches and pains. I self heal and if the pain doesn't

go away then I figure it is there for a reason.

This is a complete 180 for me who used to take drugs if I thought I

was getting a headacche and used to pop Vicodin like a pez dispenser!

You are both girls after my own heart, so proud of both of you.

It's so good to realise that your body, and this earth, were created in the same

image, self repairing.

We hold the inner pharmacy.

Love and hugs
