Guest guest
||Om shri lalithambikayai Namha|| ||Om shri Gurubhyo Namaha|| Pranams Chrism, I was surfing the website in the morning and came cross two pdf in the site that gave a few stotras. i had a few words to be spoken in regards to that. The pdf that gives the stotra for the ganesha(On gananamtva....). Ganesha is the lord who lifts of all hurdles in any aspect of life. In india there is no work that is started with out praying to the god ganesha...he is called the vigna nivaraka ...or one who removes the hurdles......this mantra is taken from the vedas which saluted the lord...... i can help with the audio and correct pronunciation of this stotra which may help beginners to learn it. the file more on mantras by selena gives a stanza as gayatri mantra.this is actually the mantra that is used while performing the pranayama Note: every mantra has to be chanted only when the mantra is given as a upadesha from a guru for complete benifits. But gayatri mantra has been regarded to be very pious and sacred of all mantras. It is considered so sacred that it is not even chanted loudly. In the ancient dayswomen where not authorized to chant or even listen to this mantra(except for some women like gargayi, maitrai, katyayini who had the upadesha for the mantra).Even to this day this mantra is mainly chanted by brahmin men who have the upadesha along with the strictly prescribed procedure.one request for all is to chant this mantra in utmost piously. women should and must not chant this during their times of periods. being brought up with much association of the hindu culture and religion it has been a habit to me to talk of what i see and have learnt about them in my land. I speak only to present what is believed and what is followed by many.I have no intension to impose any of the so called rules over any of the reader. No hard feelings please. From childhood i have had a great passion for learning mantras and stotras and the religious procedures. If i have the permission from you all i would be glad to speak of what little i have learnt. thanks and regards prasad. Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you sell. Guest guest
Thank you Prasad, Yes feel free to write of your experiences and beliefs regarding the stotras and the mantras. As far as the rules about the usage goes though we will have to leave that to the individual. We do not practice a segragation between the male and female here as the aspects of both are part of the divine embrace. - blessings my friend - chrism , prasad k <prasadkrn wrote: > > ||Om shri lalithambikayai Namha|| > ||Om shri Gurubhyo Namaha|| > > Pranams Chrism, > I was surfing the website in the morning and came cross two pdf in the site that gave a few stotras. i had a few words to be spoken in regards to that. > > The pdf that gives the stotra for the ganesha(On gananamtva....).
