Guest guest
I'm just going to put this one out here, as opposed to your site, Sarita, because I'm pretty sure it's K-related. I'm not prone to premonition dreams. This left me with a feeling all day that I haven't really shaken...a sadness yet hopefulness...thus, urged to have you all tell me what you get from it. Dream as written in my nearly illegible sleep-writing at 3am: The awful has happened! It's Doomsday! I've been in my house, packing things in boxes because I knew this was coming. I try to tell everyone I can but no one believes me. Now it's here. People have left in a panic, some are still leaving. I and some of my musical friends are moving to an encampment down by the river. It's not too bad, like a Kibbutz and that's how we plan to live now. I will abandon my house and most of my things only taking what I'll need and can share with the others. The river gives us all we need, we'll actually be pretty well off. Fresh running water for bathing, washing, growing our gardens. The group have already put up the some of the main buildings of our " camp " , makes me think of yurts or more permanent tents. I settle in but do make one more trip back to my now-empty house (was this every really mine? It's so desolate now). I just had to go get some crucial things I forgot; what's left of the food in the pantry and a fire to start our stove/fireplace in the new place. No one remembered to bring the fire!! I leave knowing I'm done there, I'll never go back to that dark, sad house. EOD It was like the end of the world and yet the beginning of the world. Not a nuclear thing but like a massive natural disater or maybe asteroid collision, I don't know. But I knew many people had left (by this I think I mean died) but I was with people I loved, making a fresh sort of communal life for ourselves and it wasn't bad at all. it actually seemed hopeful, like " why didn't we think of this before? " I felt bad for the " others " (rest of the world who were panicking) but we were all quite happy about our new life. I especially liked that it would be a communal-type living. Much more friendly, many hands make light work, now we can have fun, that sort of thing. What do you think? It's left me in a weird mood today. Thanks and I love you guys! Guest guest
Hi Valerie, I'm not any kind of dream expert, but it sure sounds like Shakti telling you to surrender those things which you do not need, and live simply. It sounds like you are supposed to get more in touch with nature.. earth, ground, fresh running water, and people- and break away from the daily 'city life' or life as you know it. Most of us get so caught up in this physical world, that we find ourselves making our way through traffic and going to and from work..and forgetting about the things which really matter. I feel as though this is what you are supposed to get from this dream. As I said though, I'm no expert. Guest guest
I don't know about not being an expert, Tara, but what you say makes sense to me. Yes, I live in a city, though I'm a housewife and mother so my day centers around home/housework pretty much. Not very exciting but that's my day. Yes, I could do with a little more nature, if it would cool down below 110 degrees F!!! Even at 7am, it's flipping 90 degrees outside. Can't take nature at those temps. Thanks for your thoughts. Much appreciated. Guest guest
Wow! That's pretty cool! As I read your dream post, I pictured a city- didn't know where..just a busy city. I don't know where you are actually, so that's pretty cool. You know..we are all connected, so maybe I picked up a bit of your energy through your writings. It didn't feel like me, so it must've been dear Shakti. I felt as though I had a strange sort of 'knowing' and then my fingers were sort of typing all on their own. As if being guided by a source other than my own mind. He,he..the amazing ways of dear Shakti are alive. I'm loving these new experiences. I'm glad that helped. Love to you, dear Valerie, Tara >I don't know about not being an expert, Tara, but what you say makes sense to me. Guest guest
Hmmmm... Did the poles flip without us knowing it! We have had a nice cool summer so far. We usually get those 110 degrees here during July and August. I have really been loving all the nice showers, almost every day. Haven't had to water the lawn, not once. I hope you will be getting some cool temps soon, Valarie. Linda , " vjvousden " <vjvousden wrote: > > I don't know about not being an expert, Tara, but what you say makes > sense to me. Guest guest
7:a.m. and it's 90 degrees, Val? That's INSANE! Well, maybe just tend to some plants until it gets a bit cooler. LOL The dirt would be good for your inner Shakti. Love and smiles, Tara >I don't know about not being an expert, Tara, but what you say makes >sense to me.
