wierd experience part ll

Last night the weirdest thing happened.

There was a female non physical being walking through my apartment.

I was up until 5:15 a.m. with the energy of K running through me.

I had so much energy, that I decided to cook my meals for the next few days.

I was using the Kundalini Yoga cookbook that a friend gave me, to cook

a meal that is supposed to ground me and is made of a rainbow of root

vegetables- just about every chakra color was in there.

So there I was cooking and every so often, I'd get a 'feeling'

or otherwise be moved to look up.

Each time, I'd see her walking into my bedroom from the hallway

or from the bathroom. She looked like a shadow, very faint..but I could see.

As I look back on it, it seemed she may have been trying to tell me to go to

sleep. I wasn't afraid or anything. In fact, her energy seemed familiar to me

somehow. She seemed like a mother, looking out for me. She made her rounds

through the house, several times- as I remained awake way after bed time.

Today I was over analyzing it, and getting scared. I reminded myself-

there is no fear. Little strange things happen off and on, but I remember

someone telling me that it's my own energy causing things to move and doors to

lock..

my cell phone's alarm was ringing, and when I looked at it, the screen was

blank.

Here I was hoping it had just suddenly become fixed, because it is broken and

hasn't worked for two weeks. I'm getting a new one tomorrow:)

I remind myself that there is no fear, and that everything happens for a reason.

It seemed like Shakti was really trying to tell me to go to bed.
