Guest guest
Sarita, there is a hatha yoga pose variation that is usually very helpful for lower back pain: the pose is basically a cobra, but instead of lifting up through your back muscles and putting just a little weight on your hands, you'll rest your forearms on the floor and will completely relax your back by bending it deeply at the lumbar even as you open your chest. Hold the pose for several minutes in a row (you can read a book as you do so). Also, look up this book " Treat Your Own Back " by Robin McKenzie. It's extremely helpful. Will send healing energy, Sel , " Master Condrey " <stephencondrey wrote: > > You are in my prayers! > Try Zinc supplements on a full stomach in the meantime (anti inflammatory). Guest guest
Thanks Sel! I don't know if I can get my injured body into a yoga pose, but I can try. Guest guest
I am still in a lot of pain, but my lumbar spine has heated up and I have had some relief. Thank you all! Sarita

Guest guest
Oh Sarita - you endure much pain and discomfort yet you are always thankful and full of gratitude for the process occurring. You are an inspiration for those entering into these areas of surrender. I do hope these areas become evident sooner rather than later so you may move into more comfortable learnings. love to you, glen o. , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > I am in excruciating pain today.
