Is Ady short for Adrienne? Welcome and yes it does indeed

read like you are well on your way inside the Kundalini. Please read

the safeties and I will suggest that you start utilizing the " locks "

Tongue up = tongue lock. Fingers in position = finger lock. Eyes up =

Eye lock.

 

It you do the Tibetans you will open the flow stronger so that is just

an FYI. If you have had this for some time you may already be inside

Yeah, you're right, Ady is the short of Adrienne or Adriana, (that's my name)

 

I have been practicing kundalini for more than 5 years. But till last year I

knew it was kundalini, before I called it just meditation, but the symptoms of

the energy arousing are very clear.

Is it important to lock the fingers? I used to make it with open hands, but I

feel very clear the climbing of the energy up from my feet, waving like a

serpent.

 

I read the safeties very quickly, I have to read it again.

 

Since the beginning I began to " hear " all kind of sounds, sometimes like a

sort of communication from the " other side " and see lights of different colors,

mostly white, like fireflies.

The sounds of insects like crickets or the " hum " of

bees. Your lights are also an apt discription. As far as the fingers

go, if you are feeling ok with how things have been going, why mess

I really feel great about all these sounds, and feelings, even I can see the

other world ! What I don't understand is the why I feel pain in my hands when I

make the " lock " with my fingers, the moment I open my hands the pain is gonne.

Can it be because I'm beginning with locking my fingers ? Before I put my hands

open to let the energy flow.
