I just like to ask does anyone else have burst of energy fallowed by

days of deficiet?

For instance last night i had a lot of energy, felt extasy and went

into meditation,my entire spine was tingling, itching and my skin/chest

was burning,

went to sleep feeling juiced, woke up feeling exhausted.totally its

like i have a huge emptiness inside of me now.anyone have this problem?

You might try to do the meditation and juice yourself after you get up

in the morning. This may have a more lasting energetic response for

you through out your day. - just my take - chrism

Oh, that sounds like what my wiccan friend calls an 'energy hangover'.

Sometimes I think that Kundalini can give you just so much energy,

and I guess your physical body is unaware that it is getting tired.

You feel all the wonderful energy, so you keep on going.

Then all of a sudden, it hits you.

BOOM!

You are drained. Yep, that's what it sounds like to me.

Love,

Tara
