Guest guest
||Om Shri Lalithambikayai namo namaha || ||Om Shri Gurubhyo namo namaha || Hi all... Its yet another nonsense from me....but i thought i can share a great lesson i learnt in my life today....its Love V/S Hate......and can you guess who came down to earth to teach me that......... a cute little housefly!!!!!.......sounds crazy??......well if i think aside for a while i too feel the same...but ill what happend... I just now finished my lunch.....i was so upset over something that i had a real bad emotional ride and was very down.....i took a cup of coffee and sat on the bench outside my office b.w the 2 fav plants......just when i had to take my first sip a housefly came and sat on the cup...i drove it off....but it went circling around me and tried to sit on the cup again and again......if it was before i would have smashed it to its death for disturbing me......but now i forgave it and even asked it to leave me in peace.....as an answer it flew off to the plant next to me and waited there for few min.....when i put my cup down it came back and sat in my leg....this time....i started to speak to it.....asked if it liked to sit on me.....and if it liked me..... the bug continued to sit where it was and cleaning its tentacles......now happnd the thing....when i put my hand next to it and asked if it wanted to come on to my hand....it moved closer and i touched it with my finger......the fly climbed upon my hand and started to move arround.......i was so surprised.....it was actually responding to me.......i took the cup to my other hand and asked if it wants to eat the sugar in the edge of the cup and taste the coffee.....the fly instantly jumped to the cup and started to taste the sugar bits..............then i kept the cup down slowly and left it to enjoy its work...... this is when i realised the importance of love for the first time in life..........i experienced love.........giving love is something so wonderful at heart......when god has gifted us the greatest power to love someone y do we need to forget it and instead use hate........ all that happend is tat a fly sat on my hand!!!! but this little incident taught me what is love.... now i really forgot that i was upset...i feel immense amount of happiness at my heart.......thanks to the fly who came to teach me this lesson......thanks for all to have read this small silly incident in my life.......... thanks and regards Prasad. Guest guest
Thank you Prasad for the story and the excellent teaching that you have experienced. We can learn much from taking the time to learn from all aspects of creation. Certainly from the fellow travlers, the other life forms upon this world. Thank you for sharing the love Prasad. -

Guest guest
I agree...reading your story brought a smile to my lips, Prasad! Sharing your space with a housefly so congenially was a special gift from your kind heart, as most people would swat the fly without a second thought...and your telling of the story really brought it to life...I felt as if I were watching you and the fly commune! Thank you for that, Peace & love, Claudia --- chrism <> wrote: > Thank you Prasad for the story and the excellent > teaching that you > have experienced. Guest guest
What a wonderful and inspirtation experience! Thanks for sharing that. I think we all need reminders every so often. Putting love towards someone else distracted you from your problems. It is impossible to feel upset or depressed when you are busy offering love to someone else!
