Guest guest
Please begin your activation sequence by starting your daily practice of the protocols called " the safeties " and the 5 Tibetan rites as described in these two url's. http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-practise.html http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html This isn't a process, as given here, that is handed to you. One must do some work in the conditioning of the body and mind and emotions for this to occur safely. Failure to follow these guidelines can result in some problems that can be difficult to resolve. So it is in your best interest to follow them. Many may seem to be an activity you are already doing. This is good! Continue doing them with an attention upon the Kundalini. If you are involved in some activities that are harmful to your self or to others you will need to stop these practices immediately. Kundalini can provide an accurate and amplified reflection back upon us in the form of actions that reflect what has been taken against others or self for the purpose of narcissistic harmful explorations of stagnative boredom or other actions of a depressive nature. So a positive flow of love towards others is greatly beneficial here as this can also reflect back upon you. These traits both positive and negative can become amplified, and it is best to have the entry positive while one is learning to walk. So take a measure of yourself and do some house cleaning. This is a lifetime condition and will flavor your existence from the time of the activation, through awakening, and onward so be sure about what it is you are doing here. The actions of both extremes are not a certainty, at first, but a definate possibility and so to insure your entry into this real and amazing state please follow the safeties daily. -

I'm a Medical Doctor ( I just finished my medical studies and about to begin my medical career ) and I'm very interested in parapsychology and energy healing even more than conventional medicine LOL I received Kundalini Reiki attunements many years ago and I practice Reiki occasionally. I now practice the tibetans ( 21 repetitions for each exercise ) and the safeties. Do you recommend a specific form of meditation or any form is good? Also, How can I heal with Kundalini? Is it like Reiki practice? It is my duty as a doctor to help patients and in some cases ( non-curable ) energy healing is the only choice. I'm very sensitive and I can't see a person in pain without helping. Does K healing depletes our energy? Because I always feel like drained out of energy as if my aura has a hole in it leaking out energy constantly or may be cords or attachments between me and people. I don't know. Your thoughts are highly appreciated. Kind Regards, The Golden Dragon

Guest guest
Hello Golden Dragon 81, Kundalini can heal through you but it isn't the " ego you " that does this. It is a higher form of consciousness. The best meditation is the kind that expresses a desire for at one ment. I would use the forms as described in the safeties coupling with the breathing and the intentions. But the meditation, be it with a mantra or by going into the stillness, is good as well. Or any of the quieting of the mind formats. You will need to feel what is best for you. You should never feel tired after a Kundalini healing session. Those who are in a flow at this moment can understand this as a much stronger and somewhat relentless infusion of energy is coursing through the body. And as it is never " you " that does the healing there isn't an opportunity for fatigue. One simply radiates and opens to what the " flow " wishes to do. Simple version lol. Fatigue can come as the changes in the hormonal focus and the hyper expression of the endocrine systems respond to the energetic infusion. One can have some times of hyper excitation or the opposite as these areas are in the process of change. Adrenal hyper activity as well as actual organ energetic engorgement can occur as well as many other vectors of expression as the energy goes everywhere with in the human system changing and infusing as it goes. This is not like what is " commonly " referred to as Reiki. Yet it is close to what Dr. Usui was doing for his patients after he activated. Reiki often takes an approach of the use of outside influences such as " healing masters " or " guides " or similar attachments. Kundalini just " IS " . Through this " is ness " a balance can be restored depending on the many " other " aspects of the patient's individual journey and " raison d'etre " for even being here, in a body that is now hurting or out of balance. I congratulate you for opening yourself to other non conforming healing modalities and I do hope you are able to demonstrate the diligence required to open this flow with your self and from there into all of the patients who are so blessed as to come into your sphere of blessed radiation. - welcome! - chrism

My problem is that I feel stuck. I began practicing some forms of meditations, Qi Gong, Tibetans, Pranayama .....etc a few years ago and although it is not a continuous practice due to the pressure of medical study and exams but I believe is sufficient to cause some kind of progress but I don't feel any progress. I did read that some people will have a gradual progress along the way and some people may practice for a long time with no progress then at one moment they will have full activation. Is it the case or something else? You said in a previous post that you can access the akashic records. Can you help me find if I'm progressing or not? Guest guest
Welcome Beloved Moaaz, I would say that your progress is manifested in coming to this Group! That you are exactly where you are meant to be, that everything is moving along perfectly. I think the fun is just about to begin for you. Who knows, you may even be in for a part in the Kundalini Komedy Act now that you and Stephen have connected. Lol! So wonderful to have you with us. Warm hug. Guest guest
Welcome Golden Dragon! It is so nice to see a doctor among us, someone in the healing industry. That could be so valuable to patients. I used to use my own energy when healing and would end up feeling exhausted or having a headache. I put much " effort " into it. Then I landed here and realized that I was doing it all wrong, that I needed to allow healing to go through me rather than from me. We are conduits for the healing energy rather than being the source of it. My healing sessions go a LOT better now and I tend to feel energized afterwards. So glad you joined us! Guest guest
Thanks a lot Sarita for the warm welcome The good thing in using the universal energy instead of ones own energy ( beside not feeling exhausted ) is that you tend to be more humble. Of course this is only my opinion Kind Regards, Moaaz , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > Welcome Golden Dragon! It is so nice to see a doctor among us, > someone in the healing industry. Guest guest
Absolutely! You are more humble because the ego is removed from the equation. You know that it is not " you " doing the healing, that what is sent is for the higher good of the situation, not what we want to occur. I think you will be very happy with what you receive from this group.
