Guest guest
The safeties need to become a part of the daily life. They are a conditioning agent and bring the body into a higher frequency of expression. This frequency is what allows the Kundalini not only to be activated but to be welcomed by the individual consciousness and the body. The locks, the breathing, the Tibetans, the forgiveness, the recapitulations, the gratefulness, the service, and all of the safeties attenuate the frequency for and towards Kundalini expression. It isn't a one time thing. It is an everyday thing for as much time as your unique system requires it to be. Some activate almost immediately. Some take more conditioning. It isn't a race. It is most important to be patient and diligent in your daily practice. It needs to become a fixture of your life. That way when a Shaktipat comes, and one is coming, a person can test the ignition of their Kundalini and determine the quality of their practice. I do not automatically activate a person just for the asking. That would be very irresponsible. They must demonstrate their willingness and determination by the practice of the safeties. As this is done the Kundalini will come anyway as the practice itself is a stand alone activation platform. - Kundalini-Awakening-Systems- 1 , " phantom_mermaid_82 " <phantom_mermaid_82 wrote: > > Hello again, chrism. Guest guest
Chirsm, Thank you for replying and explaining things to me. The forgiveness may be hard for me, as I have a hard time forgiving myself for things, but I can try. Besides the information I've gained from this group, the files, the website, etc., I have also read some on the Kundalini Virgins group, and I read a meditation that you had suggested. I cannot remember what it was called, but I do remember what the meditation consisted of/how to do it. It sounded like fun, and I plan to do it as soon as I can get some alone time. As for the safeties, I have to keep reminding myself to keep my tongue up. I know it is not the only safety, but I can maintain doing that for longer. With the eyes up safety, I cannot do that while reading, nor the hand locks while using my hands. Yet, the tounge up safety, I can do at any time. So, I have to keep reminding myself to put my tongue up. I do not keep it up all day, but sometimes I keep it up for a decent amount of time, after remembering to push it up into that position. It makes my tongue tingle when I do that, but it isn't unpleasant. It just makes me more aware of the front part of my tongue. As for the alternating breathing, I cannot do that at the moment. My left nostril is stopped up, unfortunately. I think it is partly from illness and partly from crying, as I have been upset, but I have done this breathing a couple of times since reading about it. I was going to do it this morning, but as I said, I cannot at the moment. I did the Tibetans this morning for the first time. I would have done more repititions, but I was feeling sick- still am. I did all of them, though. I would be interested in recieving Shaktipat when you give it, if you feel that I am ready when that time comes. I know I am not ready now as I am just starting to practice. I know I need to practice the Safeties and the Tibetans more, work on forgiving myself, etc. I will be working on that each day up till time for Shaktipat, and reporting to you on here, so we can decide together if you think I am ready or not. I understand why you want to be cautious about who you give this to, and I want to be ready when I recieve it, so that the experience can be pleasant. If you do not feel that I am ready when the time comes, I will understand and continue to prepare myself. Exactly what day are you doing it this time?
