Guest guest
This may be long (I tend to be long winded). I wanted to write this yesterday just after this happened but plans with Barb had to put it on the back burner. Yesterday I ate my watermelon, did my Tibetans, worked around the house, took a break to watch a DVD about the Physics of the universe by Nassim Haramein ( " Crossing the Event Horizon " ) worked in my yard etc. I felt a little discomfort in my lower back which honestly felt like I may have lifted something wrong (that kind of soreness). Still, keeping in the back of my head this may not be what it feels like where I am trying to awaken my K. After mowing the lawn I was putting my small lawnmower away (which I have to lift over my vegetable garden to get it to the garage) I may have strained my back - I didn't feel it at the time but late last night it started to be more uncomfortable. I've lifted it before and not pulled anything so I'm skeptical. I took a shower and was tired so I just laid back on my bed with my towel and thought I'll just lay here and relax a bit. Barb is downstairs watching her football game and I can hear the TV very clearly. I start concentrating on my lower back and thinking is this a sign of awakening or just a strain. I start to ask Devi (who in ancient India was revered as the devine mother and creative principal of the universe) to help me awaken my Kundalini and give me a sign. Now this is where it gets interesting. I had only been lying down for maybe 4 or 5 minutes at the most, I was not really meditating (just relaxing), I was not on the edge of an OBE, I could still consciously hear the football game downstairs and yet I start feeling the vibrations I get before and OBE right in my abdominal chakra area. I could sense them coming and before I knew it I'm shaking as intensly as any OBE experience I'd ever had. They lasted for a while and I just went with it. I thought this was very encouraging because I've never experienced anything like this in such a conscious waking state. I was very excited and wanted to go right to the computer to tell everyone but Barb and I planned on getting take out and I had to go pick it up. I get outside and am driving to the restaurant and what do I see but a rainbow that stretches all the way across the sky from horizon to horizon. Now I'm not arrogant enough to say the rainbow had anything to do with my experience I just thought it was neat to see right after such an encouraging sign and added to the whole event. After getting home from my errand I grabbed my camera and got a picture of the rainbow which I posted in my picture album. My lens won't allow the entire thing so I positioned the shot so my house looks like it's at the end of the rainbow just for fun. If that weren't enough, I turn around and there's anther beautiful AZ sunset (also in the album). I am truly blessed I think. Do any of you in this group get Chakra sensations while not meditating? How do I stimulate the others? I get powerful head " electricity " but rarely feel my throat, forehead and heart Chakras. Maybe this is normal to those with awakened K but it was a first for me. Peace, Randy
Guest guest
Hi Randy, Wonderful experience and beautiful pictures! It sounds like your K was coiled and ready to spring when you committed to awakening it, because it is really making its presence known quickly! Good for you, that attests to the state of mind, body, and spirit that you brought into your commitment to the path. Peace & love, Claudia --- Randy <randy.cates wrote: > This may be long (I tend to be long winded). Guest guest
Randy it sounds like you had quite an experience! Wow! Your pictures are just beautiful! Thanks for sharing them with me. As for the vibrations in the chakras, yes a couple of times. At this time I am just simply enjoying the pleasures of full body bliss! Light and pleasurable! Anyway I hope to hear more from you soon as you advance. Congratulations my dear friend! Guest guest
Thank you Claudia, I'm feeling the same (this is something that has been inside me). I've always believed (and taught my kids) to trust your feelings and follow your heart. Barb and I are firm believers that those who are honest, decent people receive gifts of decency in return. Not really sure why, but I've just always had this deep rooted sense that this is the way things are meant to be (past life lesson learned perhaps). Anyway, as you know we've been blessed with a very close family that's not had any major trauma (knock on wood) and I attribute that to our " what goes around comes around " state of mind. Peace/Love/Blessings. Randy , Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: > > Hi Randy, > > Wonderful experience and beautiful pictures!
