Guest guest
" Do the breathing and the Tibetans and then the Shakti prayer, then right back into the meditations. " Chrism, currently I do the chakra breathing in the morning or evening upon waking or before bed. During the day, I usually do the Tibetans first, followed by the compression prayer/alternate nostril breathing, then send prayers or healing. Usually then I do the " Earth, Air, Fire, Snow " mantra while jogging. (This is the Shakti prayer, yes?) And while driving throughout my day, I do the mantra as well. Then any chance I can, I practice the others aspects of joy, gratitude, service, diet, etc… Should I do the alternate nostril breathing/compression prayer before the Tibettans? Will it make a difference? I will try to add some more meditation, especially during the fast and approaching shaktipat. I welcome any other suggestions to help me make the most of the next Shaktipat. Please feel free to check in on me at anytime! In much appreciation, bradly
Guest guest
You are focusing on the physcal aspects. Try and bring the service forgiveness, gratitude etc into more of a balance with how you are using the Breathing or the Tibetans look to Katherine as an aexample there. Increase your meditations to a daily practice of at least twenty minutes. - just muy take - chrism
