Guest guest
Last night just as I laid down and began the chakra breathing before going to bed, I felt what at first seemed like a something landed on my close eyelid. My automatic refex went into effect and I brush at my eye, but nothing physical was there. The best way I can describe it, it felt like a tiny maybe 2 inch almost hairlike snake wiggled it's way into my left eye. At first I thought it must be just my vivid imagination since I was alreday going into a relaxed trance state, but then a few seconds later the same thing happened to my right eye, but was not quite as pronounced. I woke up this morning with pressure sensation in both eyes and some dull pain. On the left eye it still has the imprint of the feeling of it going in. That eye is twitching a lot and I keep having the urge to rub it, but trying not to. My left eye is my bad eye in that I don't see as well with it. Do you think Shakti may be preparing my eyes to recieve shaktipat through them? Or just maybe some healing going on? Linda
Guest guest
Linda, I don't know exactly what that was, but I often experience tingling, wiggling, and pressure on my skull during meditation. The easiest explanation is that these are nadis opening up. Some folks claim that this always happens through some kind of angelic intervention. I don't know. Guest guest
Hi, Linda...this reminds me of something that happened to me. For a couple of months, I was experiencing eye symptoms as a result of K, too. Not like yours...mine was a redness and swelling of the eyelids, usually one or the other at a time...it would last a day or 2 then go away. Then a few weeks later, it would happen again. Chrism explained it as adjustments that had to made. Then one time he told me that he had taken a closer look at me and saw a cloud- like shape in front of my eye working on it, and he said that the work was almost done and that I would no longer experience that particular condition. And he was right...once it cleared up that time, it has not happened again. I'm sure he'll give you his take on it, but I would imagine that it is some sort of adjustment being made to your eyes by the K as it rewires your body. Guest guest
THanks Selena for your reply. I have been experiencing a lot of head activity in the last few weeks, but this was something different, so I thought I would mention it. For a couple of weeks now I have been experiencing a crawly, tingling sensation on both side of my head, temple area. I figure it had to do with the golden helmet and just writing about that now has caused it to happen. LOL! I am also feeling a little nauseated with that. Guest guest
Hi Claudia, I did remember today that you had a similar thing to happen with your eyes, just didn't remember what. I think I am going to bed early tonight. It is bothering me to read and type and I am making lots of errors and having to do all over again. Thanks for your reply. Guest guest
Well, ladies, me too. I have set up a meditation space in my bedroom. (used to have two rooms but foster kids keep moving in so I gave up and changed everything to the one space) It includes some valued Tibetan things, crystals on light boxes and a powerful CD player for chanting as well as a few other alter things. As I was putting it back together and listening to the chants I had huge pressure in the temples and still have a tightness around the top and back of my head. Even when not chanting or listening to the chants the area throws off huge energy which keeps me pretty altered. Nice to read we share the same things. Sherri PS-It is my intention to amp up the house quite a bit and I know it will take a bit of time to get used to the higher and stronger energy. -- The high destiny of the individual is to serve rather than rule-Albert Einstein -------------- Original message -------------- " Linda " <crazycats711 THanks Selena for your reply. Guest guest
It s an interesting visual Linda, the tiny snakes jumping into your eyes. I concur with your reasoning about the Shaktipat but also as you mentioned it here on the list I feel it was also a message to everyone who is participating in the Shaktipat. A way of confirmation. We will be traveling the optic nerve pathways, to the spine and then to each chakra. - blessings Linda and all - chrism
Guest guest
Thanks chrism, my eyes are feeling much better today. Still having a lot of crawly, tingling sensation at the temple areas...hehe...do you think I could be growing my crystal horns back? *Big smile* I have come a long way since then, haven't I? I am truly looking forward to experiencing another shaktipat. Blessings & love Linda , " chrism " <> wrote: > > It s an interesting visual Linda, the tiny snakes jumping into your > eyes.
