Guest guest
Hello dear Group I've been going to the beach on Mondays, First Chakra Day, and soaking up the beauty of the Moment for a couple of hours. Being near the ocean fills me with such a deep joy and contentment. Yesterday I started writing in a journal while there. Just recording what comes to me. This morning during meditation I experienced going into a " float " like when swimming. I felt the deep surrender needed to allow the ocean to take over and hold me up. I actually felt like I was floating in the ocean. It was so real. I stayed there for a while and when I finally came back I looked at my clock and it read 0:00! It cracked me up! lol! Just wanted to share. Hugs and love, dhyana
Guest guest
Dearest dhyana - I am so happy for you, the ocean fills the heart! I live in Germany can't get to the ocean unless I go visit my family in Spain. You brought me wonderful memories. I am soooooo happy you are keeping a journal, you are writing your own life story first hand. It's a wonderful way to count all the amazing blessings each day brings and the gratefulness one should feel for the wonder of being. Guest guest
Hello dear Becky, So sorry you're so far from the ocean. I'll take you with me next monday in spirit. I'm not writing a life journal at the beach, just messages I get from being there. Like recording the words of a teacher that I want to keep. The ocean has been a constant place of refreshment and comfort throughout my life. Long enough for me to be able to put some things into words about it I think. So that is what I'd like to do. Here's a sampling: Conscious lives on the cutting edge of the " wave " as it travels. No past, no future...all that is is now. The ocean whispers the next step to the wave As the moment unfolds No need to worry, or fear, or plan Just play and enjoy. , Becky Jean Rich <beckyjeanrich wrote: > > Dearest dhyana - > I am so happy for you, the ocean fills the heart! Guest guest
Dearest dhyana - The words you write are the " story " of your life, the words you write are the melody of your heart, your being, your teacher. I'll meditate on Monday on the beach, where the sounds of seagulls and crashing waves will send a beautiful melody into my being.
