Keep up your practice and increase it if you can but not by focussing

on one aspect or another. Keep it balanced and pay as close attention

the the emotional as you do the physical, mental and spiritual. The

Tibetans can be done twice a day full 21 reps. No more though as

headaches can come to the body unprepared to handle such a strong st

that you arfe not flow.

 

Make sure that if you faste that you can do so without medical danger

to yourself, and if you do the three day faste that you commit

yourself to much prayer and meditation and a strict focus upon the

practice as this can put it into a stronger form.
