My ear...and now my eye...

Dear Chrism,

Well, I must be major pre-Kundalini, because this

morning I woke up with my right eyeball all red!! No

itching and dripping tears as with 'pink eye' so I

don't think it's that...just a very red eyeball and

inside the eyelids and the inner corner of the eye

(next to the nose). What's your take on that?

As for the ear, I will try the Ecalyptus oil,

increased Vit C, and will go for some semi-strenuous

bike rides. I'd rather NOT take decongestants...they

dry my mouth badly and they drive me up the wall...I

have a very hard time with decongestants AND

antihistamines...they both make me extremely hyper and

it is not a good feeling. So I'll try the natural

approach and welcome the K!

PRE-Kundalini?? What exactly does that mean? I

thought I was already in K awakening?

Thank you, Dr. C,

Love,

Claudia
