Guest guest
Hi Valarie, Another way to move the pain from your legs is to go outside, bare feet to the earth, and let the earth absorb that energy. OR, hug a tree, and let the tree absorb the energy. These things DO work... Love, Leslie vjvousden <vjvousden wrote: Ooo, you got the Golden Helmet! How cool! It's so nice when you get those vibrations going up your body, too. I've been suffering from the restless leg syndrome of late as well. I can't help moving them but it just doesn't go away. Maybe related to rewiring. I can only hope. It's keeping me from falling asleep which as others posted earlier is also a problem I'm having. I go to bed at a decent time and wake up 7ish to get my daughter to school but honestly, I feel like I've been pulling an allnighter for a college exam (oh yeah, I remember those good/bad old days!). I don't know what the heck is keeping me from a good night's sleep but it's taking it's toll. Even with naps, I just can't seem to get ahead on this sleep debt. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us all, Leslie! From time to time, I get that restless legs type of sensation in my legs, which can only be improved by laying there and moving them back and forth for awhile. > Looking for a deal?
