Guest guest
Shiva, Sorry to hear about your pain. Try doing a mild cobra pose with your forearms resting on the floor and your back relaxed into a deep bend, and hold the pose for 5 minutes or so (I know that when one is in pain this sounds intimidating, but this is actually a great emergency treatment for acute lower back trouble). Also, alternating ice packs and warm pads on your lower back might be helpful. Will send prayers and energy, Sel , Katherine Miller <katsam19 wrote: > > You got it Shiva! > > Love, > Katherine > > > > shiva k <shiva_mek > Kundalini-Awakening-Systems > Wednesday, September 5, 2007 5:06:41 PM > healing prayers urgent > > namesthe chrism N all > i request u all to send healing to me > i am suffering with low bac pain frm mon mrng > the pain is incredible in the rt side of hip region radiating in to the rt thigh > i am not able to sit on chair or or ground. i can only sleep on my back or chest . with great difficulty i sat here N ttyping u this. > i sit with large pain N after large time, i can sit only with chin parllel to ground, if i try to bend the chin down i expereince pain. the main pain is along the rt thigh. > whenever i move to toilet the pain is incredible, i am also fetting giddiness with that pain when i try to move. > also i am not eating food so that i shud not get feces so tht i shud not move to avoid pain.. > presently i am taking no tabs for that pain, i am completely rest on u to get relief frm that pain. > chrism help me out of this deadly situation with ur estuary of suggestions N healing energy-shiva > > ------------ --------- --------- --- > Ready for the edge of your seat?
