Im just curious what day I should begin to fast and meditate. I am 13

hours ahead of the east coast (boston). Im sure chrism will provide the

details so if you dont want to respond its ok with me.

Hello Brandon Just follow the normal times of your geographic locale.

Kundalini is and isnt subject to the constraints of " time " as we

understand it. It isnt linear. I start it at three a.m. It will reach

you as is needed for your first dusting of Shakti. - blessings

Of a three day fasting, two days before the Shaktipat as Bradly has

mentioned with the last day of the faste on the first day of the
