Guest guest
If you do not have a meditation technique here is a simple one to try. Sit on the edge of a straight back chair. Bring your tailbone to the edge of the chair so that you are on the edge but not about to fall off. This will help you keep the back in a minimal " S " curve. A straight back so to say. In this meditation one simply follows the breath. On the inhale through the nose or pursed lips (you choose) Breath in as deep as you can with out forcing it and out as best you can with out force. Over and over. Simply focus on that. Let toughts come and go and focus on the breath. You may wish to attach a statement or intention to the inhales and exhales. Something like " I am at one with the all that I am " Said on the inhale and the exhale. Do this for nine days straight and then continuously if this has found a home with in your being. -
