when does Autumn Equinox Shaktipat begin ?

Does our Autumn Equinox Shaktipat begin on the 23rd?

That's the date on my calender for Autumn's beginning, but I want to be sure.

I want to really dive in to this experience, now that I have a higher

understanding.

I too, would like to fast, much like Katherine. It has been on my mind for a

while. Even if just a root vegetables fast. I have a lot that I'd like Shakti to

help me change.

I have a lot to learn, and I know that through focus, meditation and prayer..and

constant practice of the safeties, she'll show me the way to broaden my mind and

be rid of constraints the hold me back from my ascension.

I want to fast and pray, and give thanks for all I've received, and in advance,

for all I'll be given.
