Guest guest
Chris...I do not know or even remember if I told you I had bi-lateral hip replacements awhile back or not. I am somewhat concerned about kundalini kyras though. I have read that sometimes we move into strange body postitions and if this might affect me or cause further damage. I am assuming K is all knowing and accomidates to the individual being. What are your views on this and what do you recommend. Guest guest
Yes DenDen, Kriyas do come and yes the Kundalini knows whats up with you. If you practice the safeties, all of them, a form of activation is achieved that can adapt to your special needs. This is typical. If your activation comes without these conditions then it can be harder. So if you are taking and picking aspects of the practice and ignoring other aspects the results can be attenuated towards phenomena at the sacrifice of a gentle completeness. You can burn too hot, or freeze to cold or have some severe kriyas and many other such symptoms. Or not. Much depends on your unique situation. I suggest that you get as strong as you can in order to claim what is yours no matter how it occurs. In any case my friend, practice the safeties and do your emotional and mental conditionings. Be complete in your practice and do the Tibetans after you are stronger, not before. In the meantime focus on the graciousness and forgiving and service to others. Bring your love to the fore and feel its presence and strength. Read Randy's " White Light " post and know that there are other options! - blessings my friend - chrism
