Hi all...

It is very common that we may do some mistake in our

life.....and the best way to correct the mistake is to ask for

forgiveness for the mistake we did......even the safties speak that we

need to be forgive and ask for forgiveness .........

here is one stotra which is addressed to the goddess to forgive

all our mistakes and bless us.....it goes as this..........

 

 

APRAADH SAHASTRAANI KRIYANTEY HARNISHAM MAYAA, DAASO YAMITI MAAN

MATVAA KSHAMASV PARMESH WARI.

 

Explanation: I commit thousands of sins everyday. Oh Goddess, please

think of me as your slave and pardon my crimes.

 

AA VAAHANAM NA JANAAMI NA JANAAMI VISARJANAM, POOJAAM CHAEV

NAJANAAMI.SHAMYATAM PARAMESHWARI

 

Explanation: I know not how to call you, nor how to appease you. Nor

do I know how to worship you. Oh Goddess, please forgive me.

 

MANTRA HEENAM KRIYA HEENAM BHAKTI HEENAM SURESHWAREE. YAT PUJITAM

MAYAA DEVI PARI POORNA TADASTU MEY.

 

Explanation: Oh, Sureswari this Puja that I have performed has been

done without the chanting of proper mantras, or the performing of

entreat you to make this Puja successful.

 

AGNANANTI SMRUTE BRANTYA YAN NUYNAM ADHIKAM KRUTAM

TAT SARVAN KSHAMYATAM DEVI PRASEEDA PARAMESHWARI

 

(i could not get a perfect trnslatn for this but it means that what

ever mistakes i did by the ignorance of me and please forgive that oh

goddess and please be pleased......)

Oh my god.....u know sanskrit without studying it!!!!!! i have studied

sanskrit at my school and college for 7 years......i was pretty good

at it...but neglected later and now i have almost forgotten

it.......ohh chrism....bless me i can learn it back.......it a dream

of mine to learn sanskrit again......

In this sloka I say "astu te " is right. You mentioned in the sloka astu me and in the meaning to you. Can you explain how it is possible. You can reply to me Thanks
