I just wanted to update you on what is going on concerning the

nonprofit I am trying to start. So far I have received one donation

and another one once I start putting everything in place. Today a

friend of mine from church told me about a gentleman at an early

service at our church is eager to help get it started and even wants

to help out with some of the finances.

 

 

Glen from our group has offered his services to help me build the

website and so we are making it OUR project. I have two people that

I know of willing to help me start it and to possibly be on the

board or at least help me incorporate it.

 

 

The director at the Daily Bread soup kitchen is going to help us

write the articles of incorporation and will connect me with the

appropriate resources here locally. He has connected me with the

director at the " Sharing Center " the other organization where I

volunteer and the director there is training me in all areas

including but not limited to writing up grant requests.

 

 

Many other things are falling into place and I am so excited about

being able to help others get back on their feet and off the streets

and hopefully help those who are on the brink of being on the

streets stay off. Anyway, I just wanted to update you! I hope you

still see it as being something that will happen! I feel it in my

heart that this is my purpose! Thanks for helping me find the

confidence to make a difference! Blessings to you!

You are such an inspiration. Today I sent an e-mail about my confusing

state of mind. I have this ache like I should be doing something and yet I have

yet to find what. I am very happy to know of you progress, I am proud to be

part of this wonderful group of people.
