I am a 39 year-old female and began meditation a few years back with a kriya yoga class and have been somewhat addicted to it and other energy-enhancing practices since then. I was not kundalini active when I joined either, but I am moving along now as a result of following the practice and participating in the Shaktipats and, of course, being a part of this warm and supportive group. is a wonderful teacher, as is our website (but gives better hugs, LOL!)...learn about the K, study and begin to practice the Safeties, and read the group posts. And please join in...we look forward to getting to know you and helping you in any way we can! I guess has a way of ing like that at times. At any rate, yes, I read through the given link and will start with the chakra breathing. I already follow pretty much everything in the safeties, and do a bit, or alot, of mantra meditation. Looking forward to diving in deeper with like-minded souls!
