Guest guest
I finally got it to go. I found a way to reduce the number of pixels and that seemed to do it. The bmp doesn't work...it says that type of image not supported. And I did scale it down before but I guess it just wasn't enough. At last!!! Also, a bit of good news...over the weekend my husband discovered meditation, something he's always been sniffy about! Will wonders never cease!? Who knows what will come next!!! I wasn't the one that opened his eyes to it, an Indian friend did. Well, well, well! There's a tiny light at the end of the dark tunnel! Love to all and thank God for small miracles! Guest guest
That's funny - he reminds me of my brother. My brother has thoroughly convinced himself that there is no God (or existence past this life). I sometimes wonder what could have happened to him to get him to accept that as fact. His a good person, but if he can't see something, it doesn't exist. I (perhaps falsely) envision a blockage, perhaps a hurt in his history that keeps him from seeing anything else. But until I'm able to bring sprituality out of the realm of imagination and into reality for myself, there isn't much I can do for anyone else. :-) (And even then, change would ultimately depend upon him of course.) Ramble, ramble, ramble. :-) Blessings.. Paul > Also, a bit of good news...over the weekend my husband discovered > meditation, something he's always been sniffy about! Will wonders never > cease!? Guest guest
Valarie, that's great news about your husband!! You know what meditation can lead to, LOL! Perhaps his own K will activate and he'll finally be a believer! Blessings & love, Claudia --- vjvousden <vjvousden wrote: > I finally got it to go. Guest guest
Hi, Paul I feel for you, knowing the sadness and frustration of having a loved one who is completley blinded to or in denial of the truth. But there's hope. I would never in a million years expect my husband to say he would be interested in meditation. It has been a topic of much heated discussion, mostly dishonoring/mocking on his part. Now he eats his words...LOL! Keep your brother in your prayers and do as I'm going to do, just plant very subtle seeds. Who knows, one day one might sprout. I wish you well, Paul. Love reading you, as always. Guest guest
Thanks Valarie.. no I don't really feel sadness - he lives his life as he chooses, and I'm all for that. It's just amazing to me at times that a close relative can be so different. I rarely mention anything relating to meditation to any of my family, except for my wife. Fortunately, she understands, and even encourages me to continue.. Blessings to you, and it's nice to read your words as well. :-) Paul > Hi, Paul I feel for you, knowing the sadness and frustration of > having a loved one who is completley blinded to or in denial of the > truth.
