Guest guest
Anne, I know your feelings. As an academic, I have to keep my mouth absolutely sealed about the stuff that has been going on in my life, and this is both lonely and tiring. Consider this, though: in the past people like us would be burned at the stake. I guess we should call ourselves lucky, LOL! Also, after a while you get used to the disconnect, and you get used to the fact that your blessing is truly and uniquely yours--i.e., most people wouldn't understand it. The urge to talk about it decreases, too. Good news is, here you can share as much as you want and you'll always be in the company of people who listen, understand, and care. There aren'tany spiritual or like-minded people around me to really hang out with.Lately, when I meet new people, we will click for awhile but then in afew days or so, I find that we are all not on the same page. Or we aretotally different from each other. As if we belong to a differentplanet. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I don't think thingswill work out between me and my bf either. I feel lost in this world. The only people and friends who I can really relate with is with thisgroup. Guest guest
Anne, You are NOT alone. I have felt this way for awhile as well. It is kind of like being on a different planet, when you feel as if your mind has opened up in so many ways, and then you see others who are living in a 'different' way. The main thing is, we are spiritual beings who are living in physical bodies, and we have lessons to learn, and lessons to teach as well, while here in this physical dimension. Each and every person is connected by a string of light. Its just that some people have recognized this light and others, have not. There is no right or wrong in this. It just is. People will awaken when and if they are ready, in this lifetime. When you feel the need to talk to others who understand, you know that this group is full of wonderful people who will not turn you away. Just have to find a way to relate to those who are here with you now. Just have to see each and every person as an extension of you to know that they are not as separate from you as you think. Guest guest
Hello beloved Anne, sounds like you're experiencing what it means to " be in the world, but not of it. " imho If so, you are in good company! Rejoice! Just radiate no matter who you're with and watch things happen. The relationship with the world and people in it may shift to something else than what you're used to. It can be great fun as you listen to your inner guidance and join in the divine dance! Warm hugs. Love, dhyana --- Leslie Smith <i_ama_lighthouse wrote: > Anne, > > You are NOT alone. I have felt this way for awhile > as well.
