Re: My experience, Kundalini and

synesthesia

Thank you all for the warm welcoming :-D I'm glad to be here! My name is Emona.

Yes, 'fjspefj' is just too 'stiff' to be a name!

Since I'm new, I'm not familiar with Kundalini terminology, and have too many

questions. Like, for example, is it true that people hear something during

meditation (I know for sure about me, but I was wondering about others)?

And there's another, opposite direction, not only Kundalini -> sound, but also

sound -> Kundalini awakening.

With me, hearing sound makes Kundalini rise more easily. So when I listen to the

music, I can feel and see sounds on my skin and in the air around me, or inside

my mind. Then I don't need to concentrate my consciousness on my body image in

order to rise Kundalini energy, but somehow music does this for me. I've always

felt my hearing, Kundalini and synesthetic experiences as strictly connected and

symbiotic. Has anybody tried meditation while listening to the music? Of course,

it is just my way to achieve it, but I'm sure there are many other ways, and

everybody develop their own!

I have a picture that shows a lot of how I feel myself, Kundalini and other

energies. The visualization happens mostly in my mind's eye, and it's tactile in

my body and on my skin and around me. I can sense 'winds' or 'floods' from other

people's or animals' energies too, but it's a bit different then. You can see

the picture here

Wow, that is hard to pronounce! Do you have a first

name that we might use to address you? That would be

nice, if you don't mind sharing it.

I would say that you are very blessed to have

experienced Kundalini symptoms from a VERY early

age...perhaps you were Kundalini active in your last

life and you incarnated this time around already

awakened, I'm not sure how that works! But what you

are feeling is what many of us here, like me!, are

looking forward to experiencing! We are at varying

levels of K awakening in this group...I, for one, look

forward to hearing more about your experience as I

feel there is much to learn from you!

You will find a safe and warm haven here...we are very

loving and supportive and are only too happy to

welcome another member into our family! Begin to

Practice the Safeties (they are in the Files section)

and feel free to ask questions!

Blessings & love,

Claudia
