Hi Chrism

I am pretty sure I have already given my permission: with gratitude:

for the scatterfield and shaktipat.I would however like to state it

again,just in case I didn't.I seem to be suffering from age related

memory loss quite a lot just lately lol.

I am now doing the full 21 of each tibetan,still doing the

safeties,chakra breathing and alternate nostril breathing,praying,but

not as well as i should,meditating using the mantra you

suggested,stating my gratitude and contemplating inner joy. big

smile. On the forgivness,which I had difficulty with at first,I just

say " I forgive everybody who has wronged me and my family and forgive

myself for any hurt or harm i have caused others. " This only takes a

couple of seconds and it leaves me feeling that I should be doing

more.I have meditated on it but the animosity I used to feel has gone.

I still feel as if there is more I should be doing,as far as

service is concerned I do what I can, and enjoy doing it.

I am really looking forward to this one as I was a newbie on

the last one.I would like to thank you for all you do for this

group,especially for attracting them all together.
