Could someone help me guiding the chakra breathing plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Hi all....

I have been trying to understand the chakra breathing.....but i

have been presented by a real dumb head that i am really not able to

do anything in this regards (((...I read the guidlines that i need

to breath though the chakras....and im absolutly not able to

understand this.........can anyone plzzzz be gracious to help me in

this regards as to tell me the steps in much details.........i would

be really blessed if anyone can plzzzz spare a little time and guide

me over chat it would me even great......

You want to touch or tweak the spot where the chakra should be and

then breathe in and out of that spot, just like you would breathe

through your lungs. It sounds odd and takes a little getting used

to, but if you relax you will feel it eventually. Hope that helps!
