Guest guest
Hi, all, The safeties are really new to me, so any help will be appreciated! Many of you here mentioned forgiveness as an important part of the process of Kundalini awakening. I have a problem forgiving a person, and now reading the safeties I realize that this might have caused the begining of a painful period in my life. In the past I lived a painfree life mostly. Could a difficulty forgiving someone cause you pain? Does the location of the painful sensations matters in the Kundalini awakening process? I've noticed that it's hard for me to do meditation during moments of pain. Does anybody know what could help about it? Another disturbing thing is that I have agoraphobia (but I'm not sure this is so true, and I'll explain), or simply difficulty dealing with public places. Could inner joy help me in this case? I'm quite suspicious about having agoraphobia, because I felt the first panic attacks suddenly during a period of strong and intense Kundalini activation. But this happened last year, and I had no idea what was going on! I started to feel strong negative physical reaction to noise and stressful situations. Now I started to figure out that the Kundalini activation was evoked while I was learning to play guitar, since I'm sensitive to sound. But the contrast of guitar melodic sounds and the noice was too hard to bear! I'll be grateful if anybody have any suggestions about how to deal with all these things! Regards, Emona
