Guest guest
Hello Emona! Yes, holding a grudge (not forgiving someone) can indeed cause you physical pain. The only thing that will help is forgiving! Did you read Dhyana's post (yesterday, I think?) about forgiveness? It was wonderful...she gave an exercise that you can use to practice forgiveness...look back through the posts for it (the subject is 'forgiveness'). And yes! Inner joy would be the perfect antidote to agoraphobia! Just to be sure that sees and answers your questions, why don't you re-post this email and add 'Chrism' to the subject line. That is the sure way to get his input since there are SO many emails every day! I'm sure you'll get input from other group members...we all love to help each other...but is the source of our knowledge...good to go to the source, LOL!! Blessings, dear Emona...getting started can be daunting...treat the Safeties like a 'bible' of sorts...a code for living...practice unfailingly...read them over and over again till they become a part of you...I find that the more I read and practice them, I gain a deeper understanding of them. Many of you here mentioned forgiveness as an important part of the process of Kundalini awakening. I have a problem forgiving a person, and now reading the safeties I realize that this might have caused the begining of a painful period in my life. In the past I lived a painfree life mostly. Could a difficulty forgiving someone cause you pain? Does the location of the painful sensations matters in the Kundalini awakening process? I've noticed that it's hard for me to do meditation during moments of pain. Does anybody know what could help about it? Another disturbing thing is that I have agoraphobia (but I'm not sure this is so true, and I'll explain), or simply difficulty dealing with public places. Could inner joy help me in this case? I'm quite suspicious about having agoraphobia, because I felt the first panic attacks suddenly during a period of strong and intense Kundalini activation. But this happened last year, and I had no idea what was going on! I started to feel strong negative physical reaction to noise and stressful situations. Now I started to figure out that the Kundalini activation was evoked while I was learning to play guitar, since I'm sensitive to sound. But the contrast of guitar melodic sounds and the noice was too hard to bear! I'll be grateful if anybody have any suggestions about how to deal with all these things!
