Guest guest
Hi Chrism, You probably already know this but it is quite intense here. Peaceful, calm and a wonderful intensity. Crazy as it may sound I feel like a butterfly breaking out of its cocoon. On the 14th. I woke around 3:00 AM. The buzzing I have had in my ears the past weeks was a very loud ringing. I dozed off and on until 6:00 AM. Got up and did the safeties - Five Tibetans (21 reps of each), Alternate Nostril Breathing, Meditation. At around 11:00 AM the c- clamp feeling around the top of my head became very strong, ears still ringing, and a very light, happy, calm feeling. Just before 3 PM a lady came into the coffee shop, ordered a coffee, and out of the blue began telling me about her past three days of meditation, deep breathing, and prayer. At about 3:23 PM (I looked at the clock) it began to feel as though someone had their hand on my spine right between the shoulder blades. At about 5:30 PM the pain I used to have in my lower back - left side - came back almost wincingly. At 6:10 PM the back moved to the right lower side and a pressure feeling developed on the right side of my throat. A weak kneed feeling began, pulsating in the lower legs and although I felt very light and like I was rising at the same time a feet glued to the floor sensation. At 6:20 PM the c-clamp feeling in the head intensified and I felt pressure in the top my head just to the left of center. Felt a cool breeze on my arms, the hair on my arms started lifting and the same weak feeling developed in the arms that I was experiencing in my legs. At 6:25 PM my hands were pulsating and very warm, my arms and nose cold, my shoulders and lower back were tingling and the same pressure that was on top of my head started in my right eye. As I write this between customers on the 15th. the same things are going on. The feeling like someone has a hand on my back between the shoulder blades is remarkable as is the sensation of feeling very light almost rising and very heavy glued to the floor all at the same time. Thanks Chrism. Love/Peace Stephen
