I am very glad I agreed to posted it's been enjoyed by many. I've talked to Ben about making a video of me dancing for all of you, boy I'd love that! What's really interesting is when I dance Flamenco or Sevillanas, though it's hard work and takes one's breath away....I feel such connection to the land I came from and it invigorates me, I smile more. My family is so used to the music, Ethan and Josh is always saying " Oh no, here we go again! " One more thing...Since this morning's meditation I had a " tick " on my right side of the neck about two inches below my ear...weird.
