Hi Shellie,

 

Welcome to the group. Depression is not uncommon before a kundalini

activation. Try and focus on positive emotions and thoughts, and allow

the beauty and the joy that is intrinsic to this energy to flow

through and around your body. When an obsessive or negative thought

arises, gently surrender it to the Earth, and focus on something

positive instead.

 

Mindful awareness of your emotions is fundamental for a positive

kundalini experience. Consider it as a form of hygiene, one that is

just as basic as cleansing and grooming your physical body.
